Access for Women in Energy (AccessWIE) is one of the oldest groups established to support the development of women in the energy industry and greater gender diversity, globally. AccessWIE establishes a community of practice with an inclusive membership policy that welcomes anyone with a background or future in energy. Its regular events bring together energy experts from around the world – from senior executives to middle managers and graduates.
